Our
newest and a very exciting addition, with its own convenient
downtown location
at 376 Broadway, Saratoga Spring, N.Y.
Inspired by the travels to
different parts of the world and always in search for new
treatments, products and technologies we decided to expand
into a Day Spa Facility.
A trip to Thailand ignited an idea of the theme of decor; a
luxurious, plush and meditative, accented by the scent of a
high quality incense and the sounds of relaxing Eastern and
World music playing softly in the background from a hi-tech
stereo system.
Enter this enchanted place
and feel transformed into a different dimension. Leave
the stress behind while you sit and drink handpicked organic
tea and either meditate or read words of wisdom from
inspiring books, before and after your treatments.
There is no rush to get you
in and out! You are Our Guest and You are Welcome to stay as
long as you like. Our goal is to provide a place for deep
relaxation, renewal, peace, loving care, therapeutic touch
and total rejuvenation! We all need it! Especially in
today's demanding life of giving you need to recharge!
The treatments are
carefully designed to be both Relaxing and Therapeutic. A
lot of research and first hand experience went into these
creations. We proudly bring them to you, from around the
world. You can indulge in a wide variety of services, from
Massage Treatments including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot
Stone, Aromatherapy, Organic Babassu Oil from Brazil and
Therapeutic Herbal Massage; to Body Exfoliation, both Sugar
and Salt; Body Wraps with Austrian MOOR SPA Mud; Cellulite &
Sea Weed; Dead Sea AHAVA Mud; Provencial Relaxing and
Detoxifying Herbal Wraps; Fresh Ginger Packs and more;
Energy Therapies: Reiki, Craniosacral, Crystal Vibration,
Reflexology; Ear Candling; and a wide variety of Ayurvedic
treatments, including a favorite Shiro Dhara, Mukralepa
Facial, Udvartana Body Treatment, Shiro Lepa; Private Yoga
Session and Flower Foot Bath in Copper Vessel; Hand and Foot
Treatments; Scalp Treatments and Air Brush Tanning.
In addition to individual
treatments we offer either Half or Full Day at the Spa and
an Annual Membership. Whether it's just one treatment or a
Day at the Spa You will leave with a great sense of stress
relief and a new, positive energy to take with you into the
